Should I say "I wear glasses" or "I use glasses" for correct grammar?

This is a question about correct grammar. I wonder what is correct or best to use here, the word "wear" or the word "use". Thanks.

Either is correct, but "wear" is more common in America, and probably everywhere, though I can't really speak for other countries.
