如因眼睛失明或動手術:
1.人壽保險/儲蓄人壽是沒有賠償
2.因病到致眼睛失明或動手術,如有醫療保險是可以claim
3.因意外到致眼睛失明或動手術,如有醫療保險/意外保險是可以claim,但意外保險賠償不是賠足,會因應是相雙目失明或一隻失明
