I am an MSc graduate of PolyU. Students may graduate from their Masters programme with a Pass, Pass with Credit or Distinction.
The Faculty Handbook for postgraduate students indicates that students may be awarded a Pass with Credit if they attain an approximate GPA of 3.2. Students who attain an approximate GPA of 3.7 may be awarded a Distinction.
Please note that the above GPA figures are only indicative. The actual GPAs required for Pass with Credit and Distinction vary among Faculties/Departments every year. Secondly, they also depend on the distribution curve.
In my year, students who attained a GPA of 3.17 were eligible for a Pass with Credit. Therefore, it is totally possible for you to attain a Pass with Credit with GPA3.15.
