Wash eyeglasses with liquid soap makes the lens sparkling clean?

Will the liquid soap damage the coating of the lens if the eyeglasses is washed everyday?

I use Dawn Dish Detergent and warm water evey day on mine. Just use a little soap, not a lot, and warm water, not hot! NEVER USE WINDEX!

No I don't think so , because the liquid soap is usually mild.

no it shouldn't but you should use a proper lens wipe to wipe the lenses after.

The best way to wash glasses is to run the lenses under water first to clean off all the dust. Then lather up some transparent liquid soap (like Dial or Palmolive) and clean the lenses. Then rinse with water again. Number one reason for scratches is rubbing your lenses with cloth without rising them first.

No, if I can use windex on my glasses, I'm sure liquid soap will be fine. Just make sure there isn't any bleach in the soap before you use it.
