please help me work this out....i can get the answer as a decimal but not a fraction! Thanks :)

2/3 is the same as 18/27
when dividing you have to flip the second fraction and change the sign to a multiplication sign
14/27 / 18/27 = 14/27 * 27/18
= 378/486
= 7/9

when dividing factions always keep the first fraction the same, invert the second fraction (flip it over) and multiply instead of divide.
therefore 14/27 divided by 2/3
will b e 14/27 X 3/2
therefore 14/27 divided by 2/3

when you divide fractions, what you are really doing is multiplying by the reciprocal (flipped version).
your problem is really 14/27 X 3/2
don't forget to reduce afterwards!
