I am planning to go to Switzerland this September for 10 days. I
would like to go to Zermatt, Geneva, interlaken, Lusanne &
Jungfrauhoch. Need your advice how to best plan the trip. If there
are spare time, where else shall I go ?

Many thanks for your help.

I would recommend the routes as below.
Geneva (1 day) (you can stay hotel at Lausanne or Mouteux)
Lausanne ( 1 or 2 days) (35mins train from Geneva)
Montreux (1 day) (20mins train from Lausanne) (You must visit Castle Chilion - the famous castle in Swiss and Chateau d-Oex - one highest mountain. You can view Lake Geneva during the mountain train)
You can take boat trips to travel Lake Geneva and visit Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Vevey.
Zermatt (2 days) : 2 hrs 45 mins train from Lausanne
Interlaken ( 2 days) 3 hrs 10 mins train from Zermatt
Lucerne ( 2 days ) : 1 hrs 55 mins from Interken. You must take boat trips here. The lake is soooo beautiful.
You can take train from Lucerne to Geneva or Zurich in last day to fly back to HK.
Lucerne to Geneva : 2 hrs 40 mins train
Lucerne to Zurich : 50 mins train
I would highly recommend you to purchase Swiss pass http://railtravel.hkst.com/Eurail_SwissPass.asp?passid=46. It is travel pass for Switzerland which covers all public transportation in Swiss including trains, trams, bus, boat trips, museum, etc http://railtravel.hkst.com/SpecialBonus_SwissPass.asp

Zermatt - 1 or 2 days
Geneva - 1 day
Interlaken (including Jungfrauhoch) - 1 or 2 days
Lausanne - 1 day

It depends what you want to see, just scenary spots or including museum, etc.

I think you should go to Luzerne and Zurich. Luzerne is very beautiful!! Zurich is not bad at all.
Spend 2 days in Luzern is not rush for you, Zurich could be one day.
You could also go to Engelberg, which is close to Luzerne, you could stay in Lucern and go there by train. Go to Mt. Titlis!
But if you think Jungfrauhoch is enough for you, you could ignore Engelberg.

If you still have time left, you could go to Basel.
