What move tutor teaches baton pass in pokemon (third gen and up)?

I looked in all games with every tutor,and found no baton pass move.I think you are trying to teach it to yanmega,because I say your question on it saying "how can I teach yanmega baton pass without cheats"?I would recommend the Pastoria move tutor,but since you are saying without cheats*,I guess yanmega can't learn baton pass.Also,if you are looking for a move tutor to teach that move,again,I looked through all move tutors online from ruby and sapphire to platinum,and could not find it.

I guess you were told wrong because Baton Pass can only be learned by leveling up, breeding, or purifiation (for XD).
