David and me want to form a company called "BBC Co. Ltd." to carry on a business and expect to commence our business of the abovename. However, the registrar rejected the abovenamed on 3 June.
We would like to start our business on 8 June in the name of a company limited by share.
Can I buy the shelf company.

As BBC is not registratable, you can buy a ready-made company and commenced your business on 8 June. There is sufficient time for you to file the details of directors, registered office etc. with the Companies Registry and to aplly for a BR. Please note that the date of commencement of business as shown in the BR is the date of incorporation of the limited company and not 8 June as you intended.

Company Registry (CR) has the authority to process on the company name registeration. Maybe your company name is too similar as the already registered company.
As your application is rejected, you cannot incorporated the company and run the business under that company name. I think you had better to select a new name and resubmit document asap in order not to delay your business.
