因為這是電話留言應該要口語化一點:
Hi, this is Yankii. I'm not available to take your call now. Could you leave me a message or send a SMS. I'll get back to you soon. Thank you.
在電話對話中好少會用 I am xxxx 去介紹自己, 一般都會說 This is xxxx.
