在香港的街頭小食中,我最喜歡的小食是雞蛋仔。因為雞蛋仔的口感是要外脆內軟。表皮是脆,而內裡的粉團卻要有彈性和「咬口」的。味道是來自顆粒內裡軟軟的麵粉團,那是由雞蛋、糖、麵粉和奶等構成,吃下去要有蛋和奶的味道,淡淡的。十分好吃。而我最不喜歡的小食是臭豆腐。因為它的氣味十分臭,令到我感到討厭。而這些臭豆腐的製造過程,我也不知道店主是用什麽來令它發臭,所以不大喜歡。
