工作環境遇到不好的上司

我的職位低，上面有一層層的上司，但係剛高我一級的上司是擦鞋仔（曾經有個更高級的上司講笑地話他是擦鞋仔），又鍾意篩選過不同的工作，他鍾意的就做，不喜歡的就卸給我和我同級的同事，有的同我同級但得佢歡心的同事往往會得到優待，如得到好些的工作，但因為這個剛高我一級的上司負責管理和分析我的appraisal，所以我忍住我內心的不滿，因為他曾將他看不順眼的人寫得差，而不獲續約。請問在這工作環境可以怎樣做？

This is quite a common scenario. I suggest you live with this situation. Rather, you stick to your career path with your long-term objective. Go and stick to your career development and just take what happened now is a necessary stepstone and a starting lesson in your life. You are still a junior now and will not stay forever in just this single post, right? Your destiny is in your hands.
