(1) in keeping everying in one sentence, the verbs "multiply" and "divide" need to be in the same form as "add", i.e. simple present tense.

If we apply the above, the sentence will become:

As pointed out by other respondents, apart from the grammar, there are other aspects which can be improved. For example, while it is not wrong to translate "本金" to "loan", the direct translation is "principal". Also, it seems "getting" is more appropriate than "giving".
