around 可以當副詞(=moving in a circle)來修飾動作drive, 表示開車在街上繞來繞去
例句: A helicopter was circling around, looking for somewhere to land. (Longman)

A為正確 (around)
但是你好像打錯了( aroung)

drive around 是繞圈子的意思,
可能找不到停車位或住址.
