I'm looking for a good anime
a SHOUNEN would be best.
Love: Fights, a good story, interesting protagonists
like: jokes n stuff, intellectual aspects,...
HATE: no storyline, mecha
please help, I'm desperate; is it possible that there are only about 10 good anime series out there? There's so many I really dont like

Kenichi the Mightiest Disciple.AWESOME story, AWESOME fight scenes.
And, the best part is it's not licensed outside of Japan yet, so it's technically legal to watch it anywhere except Japan online!
Try Claymore. That one is a bit weak in the plot department, but not enough that you would notice.
If you're into manga, try reading "Blade of the Immortal", it dosen't have too much fighting, but just as a character drama, it amazes me. And when it does have fighting, it's amazing. But watch out, it has some pretty R stuff in it. :P

Well there is Naruto , Naruto Shippuden, Bleach, BlackBlood Brothers, Kiba, Ghost Stories , Vampire Hunter D , Bastard, Claymore( never watched it but i heard about it), Full Metal Alchemist,King of Bandit Jing, Ninja Scroll,

Well i'm not sure about anime so much but the ones my brother likes the most(hope you like them) are Code Gease, Death Note, and ...well you can go on just dubs and fined many! hope i helped!
