2b^2=3^2
The answers say this is b=sqr(3) but I can't get the same answer.
Can someone show me how to do it please?

the question should have been 2b^2=3*2 then u would get b=sqr(3)

I get the square root of 4.5. Either the answer is incorrect or it's been copied incorrectly.
3^2=9.
2b^2=9 then divide the 2 on both sides
b^2=4.5 then take the square root of both sides
you get teh square root of 4.5

As given , question MUST be read as :-
2 b ² = 9
b ² = 9 / 2
b = ± ( 3 /â2 )

the answer is worng sorry, think about it...
(sqr(3)^2)*2 = 6 wheras 3^2 = 9
as 9 does not = 6
the answer is wrong
