牛油可以整咩?

你可以試吓整忌廉湯,
用大约二湯匙牛油,用慢火加熱,
煮溶後加入半個洋葱,炒至軟身
再灑大约一湯匙麵粉拌匀
再加入兩大杯水
煮滾後加少許鹽及胡椒粉就完成了
如果覺得比較《水》可以再加小許麵粉拌匀就可
當然你也可以加粟米或一些你喜歡的食材落
