政府方面, 為了防止小朋友受到不良節目的影響, 政府應該加強節目的管制. 除了關注畫面, 用語以外, 還要注意到意識及內容. 對於濫用色情, 暴力或其他意識不良的節目, 一定要禁止. 對於有利大眾的節目, 除了要支持, 更應該加以推廣, 讓大眾有更多有益的節目可以選擇.

On the side of the government, more controls should be exerted on the types of programs to be shown, so that children can be protected from being poisoned. Apart from exerting controls on the scenes to be shown and language to be used, the moral sense and the contents of programs should also be given consideration. Government aspect, to prevent the child to come under the bad program's influence, the government should strengthen program's control. Besides attention picture, terminology, but must note consciousness and the content. Regarding abuses the pornography, the violence or the other consciousness bad program, certainly must forbid. Regarding the advantageous populace's program, except must support, should perform to promote, lets the populace have more beneficial programs to be possible to choose.

On the side the government,in order to prevent the children away from the effect of unhealthy programme,government should stronger the control of the TV programme.Except the scene,use of word,they still have to take care about the realize and the content.To the over-brust of sex and violence and other realize-unhealthy programme,they must be banned.Also,to the programme that is healthy to the public,we have to give support;and promote these programme to the public,in order to let the public to have more choice of healthy programme.
