Is my Sceptile's stats ok?

I tried to make him a sweeper did it work?
Hp: 277
Attack: 262
Defense: 165
Sp. Attack: 200
SP. Defense: 187
Speed: 315

I was not trying for sp attack that is why

I think your sceptile is good except for sp attack.Other then that your sceptile is pretty good.

Edit:You weren't trying for special attack?Well,you need to.

Your attack is 262...nice.An attack of 269 is perfect..and your only just a little behind.Your special attack is below minimum.It should be at least in the 280's.Your speed is middlish.Did it work?Not quite.I'd try again if I were you.

Is he EV trained?

It's pretty good, but the stats just seems sort of low for a Pokemon.

Special attack should be way higher if you want him to be a sweeper. Speed probably needs to top 350ish as well.
