原因是: 人和商業(01387-HK)股東抵押12.5億股人和商業公布，獲持有公司64.28%股權的控股股東超智投資通知，其已經將所持的12.5億股或6.25%股權，抵押予中銀國際，作為取得6億元約2個月短期銀行貸款的抵押。
抵押期由5月25日開始，有關抵押預期在貸款全數償還時得以解除及免除。
止賺和止蝕最好自己set +/-15~20%.
