Assume my weight is 500N, if i use my arms to put myself up with over 500N, then why i can't lift-off?

Actually, when you push yourself, your force becomes internal force.
By this reason, you can never put yourself up.
Then, what is INTERNAL FORCE?

Forces exerted by one part of an object on another part of the same
object are called internal forces. Internal forces never influence the
motion of an object.
WHY?
This is becuase the internal force will be balanced. According to the
Newton's third law of motion, force (concurrent) acting on one body
can be cancelled. (NOTICE: ACTION AND REACTION PAIR ON
2 OBJECTS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED!)

Forces between distinct, separate objects are called external forces,
and external forces DO influence the motion of objects.

And that's why you can never push or pull or put yourself up!

By Newton's 2nd law,
When the total net force acting on a body is zero, the body will remain at its motion state ( rather at rest or moving in constant velocity )

Since you are at rest before, then you should at rest after the force is acted
