一個破產的人在破產期間，全部的收入是要申報給受託人知道和管理的，以便作合理的分配歸債權人(債主)，不可以漏報和擅自使用。

我明白破產者是上述強積金計劃的成員，請注意，在他/她的破產期間，破產管理人也許從強積金計劃中申索利益。
如果在他/她的破產期間，破產者有申請要求付款的話，請通知我和未得我的同意下不要發放的款項予破產者。
