早前媒氣公司整爆我屋企熱水爐條入水喉
令下層住戶天花漏水,管理處曾進入佢間屋視察,
影了一些相比我過目;然後樓下要求我賠償;
用來給下層住戶的厠所天花摌灰批盪油過油等;
之後他給一份裝修報價單約HK$5,000,保險公司已作出賠償,
不過我要支付$500的墊底費。
不過,樓下再樓下個單位的漏水情況都冇咁嚴重,
工程都是一樣,我收到一些相片,
不過,他給一份裝修報價單要HK$15,000,
他要我在十日之內寫一張抬頭是該業主名,
不過是HK$15,000的支票給他,
否則他便採取法律行動告我......
我都覺得佢份裝修報價單及賠償不合理,比樓下個單位貴3倍,
而且D相不是管理處影,只是他自己私自影,
他又不比管理處或其他人入佢間屋視察,
佢的漏水可能是由於樓下個座厠引起,
我有買家居保險,我已知會保險公司,
保險公司都未就賠償金額同佢達成共識,
不過D墊底費可能會比樓下貴3倍。
媒氣公司已在漏水之後翌日幫我維修好條水喉,及已承認責任。
如果被他如去小額錢債審裁處告我,D費用又邊方付?
如保險公司找公証行..........D費用由那方付?
有冇什麼辦法令他減低個賠償額?
D墊底費可否向媒氣公司追討?怎樣追討?

1. 由於保險公司要代表你負責，你就向保險公司匯報，其他問題由保險公司處理。任何公證﹝都唔會有，因為公證要在發生當日去認證，所以好難會有咁嘅嘢出現！﹞都會由保險公司承擔。
2. 煤氣公司已經承認責任，所以墊底費你就向煤氣公司索償。法律責任啲咁複雜嘅嘢俾保險公司處理。
3. 你可以書面形式向煤氣公司索償。一般都唔會有問題，因為你要提供保險公司份賠償俾佢做記錄。
