T=kWn (where k is a real number)W=T/(kn)
when T is doubled and n is tripled ,
W'=(2T)/(k(3n))
W'=2/3[T/(kn)]=2W/3
The decreased percentage
=(W-W')/W *100%
=(W-(2/3)W)/W *100%
=33.3%
