我星期一去睇醫生, 醫生比左3日假我~
我星期一晚EMAIL左張醫生紙比我老細~
我應該聽日(即星期五)要番工~
但係我仲係好唔舒服, 想叫醫生比埋聽日假我
甘佢寫醫生紙係寫5月25至29日,
定係再寫多張,寫5月28至29日????
因為我之前已經SEND左張寫住5月25至27日既醫生紙比我老細
如果再SEND多張比續假既醫生紙比佢~
佢會唔會比番5分4人工我?

Very urgent.... please don't copy answers and I know I can have that sick leave subsidies for 4 consecutive days. The main problem is, I have sent the certificate for only 3 day sick leave before. and the 4th day is a public holiday. How will the doctor write the certificate?

朋友，我現在才看到你的問題，你的問題非常清楚，現解答如下：１）你已 E-mail 有關假紙給僱主，不用更改，而且不適宜更改，否則，很容易令僱主混淆。
２）方法很簡單，只要你再覆診，或看另一個註冊西醫或註冊中醫，便可以再接住病假，再通知你的僱主便可。
３）在勞工法例上，最低標準的有薪病假，是連續４日註冊西醫或註冊中醫所發出的的病假便可。
４）有某些公司的做法，即使是１日的病假，只要有註冊西醫或註冊中醫所發出的的病假便可獲得當日的５分４人工，更有些公司會給予全日的人工。

As the doctor's certificate had been given to your boss and, if you want an extra day of sick leave on 29 May, you should consult the doctor again. If the doctor thinks you are still not yet recovered from illness, you can then request him for another doctor certificate certifying that you are still unfit to work on that day.
