For sales, you should highlight your strength on the Selling techniques.
For example, you should say you are good at communication skill. If you worked in this field before, you should give your track record like you are the best sales in 2008 Q1 and so on. If you do not have working experiences, you also have to give an example to prove you are good at communcation skill. Among your friends, you are the mediator. During the conflict, you like to spend time to understand the people and to persuade them to accept the best way to solve the problem. Of course, you can say a real case.
For weakness, you should also get this chance to show your selling skill. You can say you like you are people oriented people, so you may not work quiet and alone. That's why sales is the dream job, it can meet different kind of people and you have confidence to sell them.

冇答案的!
那不是問什麼問題,而是信心問題!我當比左個sample你,你背左啦,但係佢又有緊進問題,咁你咪仆街?
答呢d問題的重點在於兩件事。
1)你有冇預備功夫做好未,你考試前、溝女前都要預備下呢,見工一樣,你知這一定會問的,你便要自己先預備一下,咁都唔做,唔請你是應該的。
2)其次係信心問題,其實老細好鐘意問一d留難你的問題,不一定係英文的,重點係睇下你要做一些你冇把握的工作時,你會點應付。而你要做的,便是拿出信心,肯定的回答他,不需要顧及自己說話的文法或其他,只管去有信心地說便可。我相信你在見工時,人地問你呢條問題時,你一定係好擔心個隻,或者好唔知點咁,咁你咪中招lo。

冇人知老細會問什麼,但記著,老細係請一個幫公司解決問題的人,而不是請一個解決不了問題,什至會製造問題的人,在見工時,你表現得似邊類型呢?^_^
