Pull 4x^2 from both:

4x^2(1-2y^3)

I dont' see a factorization for the second term, so I think that's as far as you can go.

4x^2 - 8x^2y^3
= 4(x^2 - 2x^2y^3)
= 4x^2(1 - 2y^3)

-4x^2(2y^3 - 1 )

only common item in both is 4x^2, so that is all you can factor out

so the answer is then

4x^2 * (1 - 2x^2 y^3)

4x^2*(1-4y^3)
