It really depends on what kind of award.
Generally speaking, you should say thank you to the related person (like your boss and your family) and share a bit feeling. (i.e. The award proves that you are smart and hard working person. You will keep it up and will do the best next time.)
Of course, your boss should be your main content of your speech. (This is the time to thank you for his guidence and his role model.)

This award means so much to me. It proves that I am good at this field and I am very so hard on my job. This award is not fullstop, it is only the beginning of my career. I will keep it up and will do the best in the future.
