Carrageen & Xanthan gum are used in thicheners, they are complex biological polymer consisting mainly carbon, oxygen & hydrogen. Carrageen is D-galactose & 3,6-anhydro-L-galatose. Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide with a Beta-D-glucose like cellulose.Sorry I don't know the chinese names for them.
