Secondly, you should not have used 'many' in this case as 'pressure' is an uncountable noun; therefore, 'much' should be used.

Thridly, 'gonna' is the short form of 'going to', so 'are' should be used instead of 'will'.

How can you cope with a high level of work pressure? is one of the ways in carrying the same meaning. This is more formal.

pressure 本來就是代表壓力，不太需要用many or much 來幫助...因為看得人會覺得很長....
其實很簡單的structure 句子就行，不用想得太複雜呢~~=)
