因此，我会说。。。
1) I had cramp in my legs / foot last night.
2) I had convulsions in my legs / foot last night.
3) I had a leg cramp last night.
4) I had a twisted muscle in my legs / foot last night.
5) I had spasm in my legs / foot last night.
想你留意的是，正确的介词 (preposition) 应该是 in 而不是 on 来的。
