Chinese Cold Boneless Chicken Feet?
There is this Chinese dish that is cold boneless chicken feet and served slightly pickled. Does anyone know what it's called?

Tie between General Tso's Chicken & Beef Lo-Mein, extra spicy.
In Chinese, it's called 白雲鳳爪 (Cantonese: bak wan fung chau; Mandarin: bai yun feng zhau). Literal translation: white cloud phoenix (chicken) feet.
I have them made a couple of different ways in restaurants in China Town, NYC. I have had them cold with a slight anise flavor ( many of the chicken foot recipes call for star anise ), braised, fried, and with black bean sauce. They all sort of fall into the dim sum ( appetizer ) category.
There happens to be quite a few recipes for them on line. Just do some searching.
