Excel文件出現亂碼如下 怪字加??

我將nokia訊息foder內容匯出成Excel的csv file, 想不到開出來的文字變成亂碼看不到了, 試過用convert z and code view這類軟件都解決不到,請求高人指教,thanks a lot !

Try to rename the CSV file to XXX.html file.Open it with web browser and
View it with different character encodings,
such as Traditional Chinese (Big5),
Simplified Chinese GB2312 or HZ,
or Unicode.
