Thank you very much on your valuable time to consider my application.

I have recently recieved a letter about the entrance requirement from the Registry Office. The letter asked for an approved document or examination results by August 21, 2009 about my attainment of the one year study on a bachelor's degree program.

Please kindly note that I was not able to continue my bachelor's degree from February 2009 due to my financial problem. Nevertheless, I feel afflictive (using afflictive is better than shameful since it can better reveal your mixed feeling) for not being able to complete my university education when my parents have put all their expectation on me. Therefore I have decided to return to Hong Kong and I am strongly determined to complete my tertiary education here.

I am requesting your kind consideration on my situation and hoping that you can grant me an exemption of providing the approved document required by the Registry Office.
