mcse or ccna?please help me?

It depends on the company you are working for; if you are working with some company runs with .NET or VB or other MS products MCSE will help you. If u need job in n/w admin, telecom or general n/w CCNA is right way.

CCNA is better that MCSE in terms of employment; but it is difficult to pass compared to MCSE

assuming you are referring to the cisco certified network associate and that microsoft one, I would honestly say the ccna means a lot more to an employer. It can eventually lead to jobs as a network administrator (and similar things) which end up with very high salaries.

Just keep in mind you won't start out at the top with either of these, I just know that the ccna has good career paths.
