4) L/C DOC
L/C 即是 Letter of Credit Document, 信用狀文件。
信用狀是開狀銀行依照進口商的指示，開給出口商的文據，開狀銀行承諾出口商符合該文據所規定條件時，由其代替進口商負支付貸款的責任。
由銀行居間以書面約定適當之交易條件，審核其客戶的債信及履約能力，並負擔進出口商之信用風險，可以去除國際貿易雙方的顧慮，以利國際貿易的發展。
