銀行ACCOUNT問題

如果我係英國開左個BANK ACCOUNT,但我離開左英國。咁如果有事我想處理我個ACCOUNT D野,唔知可唔可以AUTHORISE THIRD PARTY on the behalf of me處理呢?姐係好似可能有住址呀,電話要改,我個朋友可唔可幫我處理呢?如果要係唔係要寫授權信呢?咁應該點寫?

However, if you want to authorise a person to operate the bank account on behalf of you, it is the usual practice that your friend should go to the bank and signed any documents in front of the bank staff as a matter of witness.
