Would it be okay to dress as a twilight character for an anime convention?

I'm a fequent convention goer. If you want to dress as Bella, go for it. People dress up as ALL sorts of characters. Not just anime/manga/video games characters. You see lots of Star Wars and random book characters and what not. Don't worry about it. Any sort of masquerade is accepted at those conventions. : D

Also to the above answer, people hate Twilight EVERYWHERE. An anime convention won't be any different. But do what you want to do.

Since Bella is kind of plain. Basically just a normal girl, it might be cooler to go as one of the Volturi or something. Just a thought.

Probably not... From my experience, there are a LOT of Twilight haters at anime conventions, so if anyone actually recognized your costume, you'd probably be looked down on. I'd suggest your rave outfit instead.

If you have a death wish then dress as Bella! If you want to you can dress as her but not tell people (since she dresses just like everyone else)

Yup, that is going to be superb. i do not see you searching of position in any respect. and that i'm confident a bunch of human beings might want to imagine that you're lovable. a minimum of you'd be regarded. there is not some thing worse than dressing up as your prominent personality and then everybody guessing incorrectly as to who you're *shammeee* Is there quite that many little ones? i imagine that even like ten 3 hundred and sixty 5 days olds might want to be pleased with a bloody man or woman strolling round. little ones lately are difficult. i do not quite recognize what AWA is, so I dunno. like the first man or woman reported, a bloody extreme gown might want to be marvelous. i like it at the same time as human beings pass all out :D did you recognize Kefka from very last delusion 6? properly, there is this one guy who is going round dressed as him and his coustume is freaking marvelous. Alice in Wonderland is excellent though, if it truly is what you'd be dressing up as. distinct anime followers are into Dinsey too, so that you shouldn't be avoided.

well it wouldnt really make sence 4 an anime convention but if u want to go ahead but my own personal opinion is absolutely not sry but its 2 completely difrent things & 2 me it just ruins the whole 'anime' part of the 'anime' convention altho Twilight is a vry good book ^_^ & my best friend who absolutely h8s all things anime (& im obsesed with anime lol how r we friends) & absolutely LOVES Twilight - her opinion is "NO WAY!!! dont discrace the goodness of Twilight by cosplaying as a Twilight character at an 'anime *rolls eyes*' convention! NO NO NO NO NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!" --- but like i said its ur choice really...altho we wud both much apriciate it if u didnt (4 2 vry dif reasons lol) ^_^ hope that helps
