客人欠我司 Frs. 1,500. , 但我司欠對方 US$1,000.
(Exchange Rate : US$1 = Frs. 1.1023)
我想問客人以下問題 :-
(1) 可唔可以做對賬 (即係扣數) ??
(2) 如果可以的話, 可唔可以對賬之後,將餘數T/T給我司呢??

As there is an amount FRS. 1,500 due from you and an amount of $US$1,000 due to you, we suggest that these 2 amounts could be set-off using the current market exchange rates.(Exchange Rate : US$1 = Frs. 1.1023)If you agree to this arrangement, please send us the net balance FRS 397.70 by T/T.

1/. 如雙方同意的話是可以用對帳方式來扣除雙方的結欠.但貨幣的對換價必需要採用雙方同意的對換價才可.
2/. 至於餘數則在雙方同意下可用 T/T 或其他方式支付.
為避免損害雙方的友好關係, 上述兩點必須雙方同意才可做.
