1) 好似001咁講, 你可以去考ielts既, 因為呢, 好多hk既大學同埋uk既大學都係睇呢一個test黎睇你既英文好唔好既... 考左呢一個之後呢, 如果有7分以上, (9分係full mark), 咁即係話, 你既英文係ok的.. 呢個可以係一個詆明...
2) 你去外國讀書2年, 應該係會有得考英文既exam既, 以英國作為例子... 如果你係去考gce a-level, 你可以take AS既英文 (如果學校係俾的話)... 咁achieve到A-B grade的話呢, 咁即係話係ok了, 因為英國既英文exam都可以係難考的, 好似要係考gcse英文有A*亦都唔似其他subject咁既... 咁所以呢, 係當地take佢地既英文exam, 亦都係一個好好既証明了...."

I would recommand you to take ILETS before Aug. ( only if you really want to make a compare before and after study aboard.)
Otherwise, just take the exam when you need approve of English.
ILETS is one of the most regconise exam board.
