1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.

The absolute simplest banana dessert recipe on earth is banana ice cream. This is actually a raw vegan recipe and I was shocked at how good it was the first time I tried it. All you do is freeze peeled bananas until they are solid, break them up into pieces, and throw them into a decent food processor until a ball forms. You can add whatever you want to it (vanilla extract, cinnamon, nuts, etc, but I've never added anything to it). The only downside is that the process is pretty noisy (grinding frozen bananas). But it's really good, good for you, and you'd swear it had dairy in it. Yeah, there is actually no cooking involved in this.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMTHy

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Banana Caramel - Easy and delicious.

Ingredients

Bananas (doesn't matter how many you use)

100g dark chocolate

50g butter

1 1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup water

whipped cream to serve

1) Get 100g of dark chocolate and 50 grams of butter. Heat over a double boiler (you should have one, otherwise get your saucepan half fill with water and place a heat safe bowl over top and cook your chocolate in the bowl). Stir constantly so that the melted chocolate and butter form a smooth paste.

2) Dip whole bananas into the melted chocolate.Dip them so the chocolate coats one half and the other half is plain. Put these in the frisge and let the chocolate set (won't take long, only 15 minutes. While you wait for them to set you can do the next step).

3) Get 1 1/2 cups of sugar and put in a pan with 1 cup of water. Turn heat on to low/medium and stir until the mix goes like honey (should be the same colour and consistency after about 5 minutes).

4) Pour the caramel over your bananas and serve with whipped cream. Almonds can also be sprinkled over the top if you want.

So you only need a few ingredients and half an hour and it's done.

They are extremely easy, and great tasting! So versatile…change them up and let me know how they turned out! You just can’t go wrong with this GREAT RECIPE!

Banana Muffins (makes 12 muffins)

3 or 4 Large bananas, mashed (the more bananas the moister, so I use 4)

1/2 cup white sugar (original recipe calls for 1 cup, but I don’t like them too sweet)

1 slightly beaten egg

1/3 cup melted margarine or butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups flour

Mix the mashed banana, sugar, egg and margarine together. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda, baking powder, salt and flour. Mix wet and dry ingredients all together, being careful not to over-stir! Pour into greased muffin tins, and bake in 350 degrees oven for approximately 20 minutes. Enjoy!

*These are much more flavourful the next day, and they freeze very nicely too!

*Also, if you like walnuts, you can throw a handful of those in there as well for some added flavour and texture, or try adding chocolate chips, or better yet, BOTH! Yum
