Generally, they'd have to look at your face (or if the reader is blind - feel your face). It's based on the proportion of your features, shapes, angles, positions, etc.

full lips = a very emotional and loyal person.
(in contrast, thin lips = a very verbal person, someone who likes to debate, argue, etc.)

high cheekbones = usually a person with power, or craves power. People with extremely high cheekbones are said to be more temperamental and quick-tempered.

it could be very spectacular if Asian faces and Western faces weren't a lot distinctive... did you spot the wrinkles are formed in distinctive places for those 2 races?... did you spot Asians seem youthful than Westerners (enable's say a chinese language lady of fifty 8 and an English lady of fifty 8)?... scull shape, muscle progression or perhaps pores and skin thickness (this is additionally distinctive) make this "historic sacred understanding" tremendously ineffective for the western worldwide... this is kinda organic phenomenon, same as a query "why a common asian won't be in a position to be a reliable boxer (too short, too gentle, muscle tissues improve too slowly) yet could be a reliable gymnast (suitable top and weight, organic flexibility)... fish is for diving, monkey is for mountaineering, no longer vice versa...
