low equity 即係低首期 (低淨資產)。例如我問銀行借九成半錢買樓, 我嘅 equity 只係樓價嘅半成。呢 d mortgage 叫做 low equity mortgage。
不過我嘅例子係作出來嘅，原文多數會係講第樣嘢。不過用法一樣：
