1) 如果我12月讀完個Certificate III, 唔知夠唔夠分申請 PR呢?
Actually, there are many conditions before you can 申請 PR! For example: if your diploma of hospitality Certificate + Certificate III In Hospitality = 2 years or more than 2 years then you will only meet the requirement of Two (2) Years Study in Australia for Skilled – Independent (Residence) Visa (Subclass 885)

2) IELTS 最低要有幾多分?
最低要6分 for each part (speaking, reading, listening, writing)

3) 工作仲有 900 hrs 但 underpay 有冇用呢? 係唔係一定要有報稅紀錄? 如果有有報稅紀錄但 underpay又會點?
Is it not the problem of under / over pay, is whether you can have the proof that your course and your work have a inter-relationship for the condition of apply PR, so 報稅紀錄 will help, but not only limited to that, because you need to prove that the work you do at 面包店 will use the knowledge you learn from your course that you study!
