I dont want to give you false hope, but it sounds like that he has a major crush on you. Have you ever heard of the saying that guys like to torment the girls they like? i know it is very childish, but guys still do it nonetheless (even when they are not in middle school/ high school anymore, haha) it sounds like he is a very sweet guy, and he def likes you. i mean no guy will go out of their way to drink for you, look for you... but keep in mind that you have a boyfriend, if you want to know what he is thinking, stop guessing and just put yourself out there and ask him. and for yourself, evulate how much you love your bf, and how much he meants to you. dont worry about it too much
