Help with finding running pokemon?

1.-Their might be a pokemon modifier cheat for leaf green
since they made the GBA Action Replay.
2.-they never allowed you to catch that in any pokemon game so just use the modifier cheat.
3.-step 1:keep moving from one route or city to another(by walking)eventually,the pokemon will come to you.
step 2:make sure you have a master ball for cresselia or you are using the 100% catch rate cheat
(don't fly to a city because then it will move away)

First off all, go to that jublife dude. then, talk to him twice and then get the marking map. go to that section and run around a little. unless its very far, bike to it cuz you will see it on the marking map.(they are reprsented as cats. Tou can use mean look or block when you encouter them if you have a pokemon that knows it and it has to be fast enough. What i did was i kept using quick balls till i caught it so i did not use mean look or block. you have a 12% chance to catch the running away pokemon every time you encouter it, because it will keep fleeing. Oh yeah, that pokektch dude is in the poketech company.

using mean look is the only way to keep it there.
when ever you go to a new town/route/area, they also
change where they're at. the area above and below
solaceon town is a good place to catch her for me.
keep running inbetween the area and the town until shes in your area. The tracking map should have her located on there? if not, you haven't found cressila yet.
