賣樓收了訂.最遲幾時要交樓.一般收幾多%訂金.
如果欠管理費一年.又會不會有問題.應該點解決.
可不可以收到訂馬上付清.

買賣樓宇如經地產,先會簽臨時買賣合約,買家先付約1%定金,定金無規定幾多;臨時買賣合約定埋簽正式買賣合約同成交日期(交樓日期);
這些日期都係買賣雙方協意,無硬性規定。
一般簽臨約後兩三個禮拜上律師樓簽正式買賣合約,買家付齊10%定金,個多月後成交,買家付尾數,賣家交鎖匙。
至於買賣雙方就單位應付既費用,律師樓會對數,在成交時係尾數到扣除。
你話欠管理費一年咁誇張,其實管理處有無釘你契,你最好清左先。

It all of a mutual agreement of the seller and the buyer for the timing of the delivery of the property. A usual 10% on the purchase price upon the signing of the Provisional Sales and Purchase Agreement ( S & P ) in the Estates Agent's office. The property must be delivered to the buyer without any charges outstanding unless agreed by the buyer to pay for it. A formal S & P must be made in the Lawyer's office. The seller should settle the outstanding management fees before the delivery of the property.
