Is there anyone konw the procedure of claiming VAT(return tax)?

I'm going 2 buy a new fiat 500 in uk, and export it to Hong Kong. How can I claim VAT? Plz help me,thx! By the way, plz recommend some shipping company to me, thx a lot!!!!

Possibly you have to sort this out with the sellers. I.E. Tell them it is for export to a non EU country. They will probably have contacts to ship it.
