BNO過期,人在加拿大,可否來回香港?

Any travelling document expired will not allow the holder to go.

The airline staff will not let you on board the flight.

The Cusstoms and Excise ( or immigration) will not allow you to go.

You can use SAR passport. This is only identity proof of yourself.

The Canadian border control will not stop you because they accept
double nationalities.

第一關:航空公司,並不容許沒有手持有效證件人士上機.你要說服航空公司你手持香港身份証亦可入境.但難度很高.

第二關:當你經「移民局」離開加拿大時,只需展示你的楓葉咭,故護照並不是問題.

第三關:當你進入香港,可以利用「香港居民身份証」於本地居民通道入境便可.

所以,除了航空公司,跟本無人掂你個 Passport都可以. 不過,如果你有時間,可以在網上打印香港特區護照的申請表格,然後到當地中國領事館交錢交表格.因為 BNO實在太貴, 而你又只不過等入籍,無理由去再辦一本英國無法保護你的 BNO. (申請香港特區護照,大約兩個月)

如用BNO入加拿大，出境時應用BNO，因加拿大移民局沒有你特區護照入境記錄，所以你要去加國的英領事館辦理 BNO 續期。
