係咪冇必要考IELTS?
咁就要睇下你係讀咩了, 如果只係去讀, 好似英國既high sku, 係唔駛既, 好多時都只係用黎入大學, 因為呢, 個個國家既英文test都係唔一樣, 佢地想搵一個係standard既方法去評估你地英文有幾好既... 如果係讀中六果d course, 好多時都係唔駛既, 而high sku會幫你地報考同埋有course上的....
係咪多數係d英文冇咁叻既人先去考?
咁又唔係既, 因為呢個exam係好多想英國既大學既人都會考, 而好多英國既大學都會睇呢個, 所以呢, 考左會好d既, 有d時候, 大學就算可以因為你成績好好, 但係冇ielts而唔俾你讀既... 有第2個方法, 好似如果你係係英國大學, 如果你有考過gcse既英文, 有b grade以上, 咁就可以唔駛考ielts了, 如果唔係呢, 好多時考左有個傍身會好一d既...

IELTS can be used as a consideration of your English level instead of AS UE.

It is up to you if you want to take it.

Unless you are screwed by the format of UE, otherwise IELTS will not increase your chance. It is a second option, which does not mean easier.
