The first one is very difficult to read I suggest retyping it with more brackets. The second (so long as it is (1/3)^(-1/3). Isn't too hard. This represents (((1/3)^-1))^(1/3)) which you can show if you remember your rules of surds. So, (1/3)^-1 is 3 and then you're just left with 3^(1/3) which is the cubed root of 3.
